PHOTOGRAPHY – LONDON + NEW YORK BY DANIELLA ZALCMAN

Daniella Zacman, an award-winning photojournalist with a background in architecture, has a new photographic project: she has joined the most photographed cities in the world: London and New York.

‘New York + London: A Collection of Double Exposures’ is an Instagram double exposures series of 100 images that merge well-know places in NYC and London into one new unified cityscape quite like no other.

After collecting 30 days of iPhone images during her last month in New York City, Zalcman then delicately edited them using smartphone apps with images she took upon arriving in London.

Daniella Zalcman is based in NYC where she works as a freelance photographer for the Wall Street Journal. Born in Washington, DC, she graduated from Columbia with a degree in architecture in 2009. Other clients include The New York Times, the New York Daily News, Vanity Fair, Esquire, Sports Illustrated, Saatchi & Saatchi, National Geographic, Wired, and The Nation.
