Porsche Sued Over Crash That Killed Paul Walker!

Paul Walker and his friend Roger Rodas could've survived the crash that killed them, Rodas' widow Kristine M. Rodas claims. Now she sues the luxury car company Porsche, claiming design flaws caused both men to die in a fiery crash in November.

Rodas says her husband was driving at 55 mph, not unsafe speeds as law enforcements investigators determined, before it crashed. The car, a Porsche Carrera GT, was capapble of speeds more than 200 mph, but his wife says the vehicle lacked a proper crash cage and safety features in the gas tank that would've saved both men's lives.
